Questions, feedback, or something not working right?
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Reporting a User or Objectionable Content
If another user's display name, profile photo, or behavior makes you uncomfortable, you don't need to keep interacting with them. Picki has two built-in tools, available directly from the app:
- Block — open the friend request or the friend's profile screen and choose Block User from the menu (⋮). Blocking removes them as a connection immediately, and they won't be able to send you a new request afterward.
- Report — from the same menu, choose Report User to tell us what happened. Reports go directly to our team for review.
If you'd rather reach us directly, or if the issue involves something outside a specific user (for example, a bug, or content you're concerned about elsewhere in the app), email hello@picki.fun and we'll look into it. You can also submit a quick bug report from the app's overflow menu (⋮) on the home screen.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from My Profile → Delete Account within the app — this permanently removes your profile, connections, session history, and wishlist. For details on what we collect and how it's used, see our Privacy Policy.
To request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask a question about your account that isn't covered here, email hello@picki.fun.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect with a friend?
Go to Friends → Add a Friend and either share your invite code with them or enter theirs. Once you're both connected, you can start a plan together.
How do I stop getting push notifications?
You can turn off notifications for Picki at any time in your device's Settings app (iOS: Settings → Picki → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → Picki → Notifications).
Picki isn't finding places near me — what's wrong?
Double-check that location permission is granted (or try entering an address manually instead of using current location), and try increasing the search radius when setting up a plan. If it still looks wrong, let us know at hello@picki.fun — include the location and activity type you searched for.
The venue information looks outdated or wrong.
Venue details come from third-party data sources and can occasionally be stale. We'd appreciate a heads-up at hello@picki.fun, but always confirm details like hours directly with the venue before relying on them.
How do I report a bug?
Tap the overflow menu (⋮) on the home screen and choose Report a Bug, or email hello@picki.fun with a description of what happened.
